I took my car in for an oil change and to have be my tires rotated, they didn’t rotate my tires and they didn’t replace the sticker for the next oil change due date, very disappointing, I’ve always take tires rotated, they didn’t rotate my tires and they didn’t replace the sticker for the next oil change due date, very disappointing, I’ve always taken my Chevy Tahoe to Chase to have it serviced, Very disappointed with the service this time ! I get my oil changed and have experienced numerous lack of care by the techs. From losing the battery terminal covers, small dents, and oil hand prints in the hood and fenders.
