With the Wagoneer S being electric and never having a EV before John has been extremely helpful with bridging the gap and making the overall experience fun for the whole family. The Ram 1500 had a minor ding upon purchase along with the glovebox being misaligned (about 1/4 or larger gap) upon being closed. Part ordered, awaiting for it to come in but in the meantime John keeps me up to date. I will be working with John my entire time in MO.
