- [ ] The salesman had a vape on his desk out in the open to start things off. I should’ve left with that level of professionalism. - [ ] He also was swearing a lot and being unprofessional. - [ ] Then af to start things off. I should’ve left with that level of professionalism. - [ ] He also was swearing a lot and being unprofessional. - [ ] Then after 4 hours at the dealership, he asked if I wanted remote start, I said yes. He then proceeded to bring me over to his desk and said “that’ll be $150.” At 9:30pm. None of this was mentioned before. - [ ] He had to drive off site to get my car, a 17 minute drive he said, and the finance team said “we’ll get you out of here quickly” and then it proceeded to be almost 2 hours. - [ ] I didn’t even know what my monthly payment is either leaving the place. He said $387 but then it would be $13/month for the tire and wheel. And then on my paperwork the first month payment is listed as $411. - [ ] I wanted to see how my monthly payment would change putting $4000 vs $5000 down but we didn’t even have time. We were there for 4 hours. - [ ] Finance guy said it was “his mistake” the next day. He said when he “gets above water” he will contact me. I waited several days and so I finally showed up and was there another hour to get answers. While I was there, he was making a bunch of weird noises while redoing all the finance paperwork. It came off as disrespectful. I had to come back because it was their mistakes. - [ ] It was very disorganized. I regret working with this dealership and I will never work with this or another Morrie’s again. More

Tyler found me a car that fit my 2 main specifications: used and shorter that my Outback. Everyone at Morrie’s is very professional. The end of “negotiating” prices is a blessing. Mary is also great, slogging promptly through mounds of paperwork, answering many questions, and maintaining good humor. The process needs attention. It is very time consuming, with hours of waiting between steps, and signing at least 15 times. More

Tyler found me exactly what I was looking for, and the price point was fair. I actually walked away from a car dealership for once in my life feeling like I didn't get ripped off, ir gotna good deal. I have only purchased from a dealer two other times in the last 20 years, and this was best experience. The finance person in back was super fast and efficient, blew my mind. She did all the paperwork in like two hours. The last dealer I was at took them 2-3 days to work the paperwork....see you guys again when I need an upgrade. More
