Very Frustrated, came in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation, reception was great, communication was great, but after 45 min communicated that we should have a tire rebalance with the rotation, th tire rotation, reception was great, communication was great, but after 45 min communicated that we should have a tire rebalance with the rotation, then came back 1/2 hour later ans was told the balancing maching broke, that tires would need to be transported to the service facility across the lot. apreciate the hard work getting it all cone but sure seems like it took along time to get a oil change and tire rotation completed in over 2 hours! More

Was a fantastic experience, Josh by sales associate very knowledgeable, very friendly, very honest and upfront. I feel this was probably the easiest car purchase I’ve made from any dealership!!! I bought a new CRV two months ago and noticed I had a tire pressure alert. I pulled into the Honda service center and Tyler immediately noticed nail in the tire. He worked me in the very same day and got tire pressure alert. I pulled into the Honda service center and Tyler immediately noticed nail in the tire. He worked me in the very same day and got it repaired and I am so grateful! More
