I love Yark Subaru ! They have one of the most honest service departments. I won’t buy a car from any other dealer and I live in Indiana and will only have it serviced there. Routine service was done in a timely manner with friendly, pleasant staff! Recently while driving out of town I experienced a severe tire blowout. I called Yark Toyota and they told me my lease ag friendly, pleasant staff! Recently while driving out of town I experienced a severe tire blowout. I called Yark Toyota and they told me my lease agreement included coverage for a new tire. I had all the information that I needed sent to me in a text message which I passed along to the Pennsylvania Subaru dealer. Thank you Yark Toyota! More

The service department is good This will most likely be my first and last Subaru purchase. The sales people--and Subaru itself--are arrogant (two star deduction). They don't care about the customer and could care less if you buy a or not. What they do care about are Subaru surveys. Endless, endless surveys. That being said, the people in the service department are the only positive about this dealership. The shop is clean. The service employees are friendly and do their best to service the customer. But be prepared for answering surveys. Did I already mention the endless surveys? More
