I liked their social distancing and I liked that everyone was wearing a mask. Tyler and associates checked me in quickly, escorted me to the lounge. Always have a good experience at Yark Subaru. Even though I did not have an appointment, Tyler was able to get both of my kids cars in for their service appointments. My 2011 Outback has had excellent service, including at Yark since we moved back to Ohio in 2014. I’ve been a customer of Yark Subaru for 20 years or so. I take a lot of road trips and I trust their service department to keep my Outback in excellent running order. Since my husband died four years ago I take a lot of road trips and I trust their service department to keep my Outback in excellent running order.
