Great service as always I have been to Yark Subaru twice in the past two months. Once for a recall and the most recent visit for routine service and brake pad replaceme I have been to Yark Subaru twice in the past two months. Once for a recall and the most recent visit for routine service and brake pad replacements. Both times, the work was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I had my Legacy serviced at both the Subaru store and the Yark Collision Center. The people at both places (Dustin, Steve, Tyler, Ross) were fantastic. I definitely will continue to come because of their at Yark Collision Center. The people at both places (Dustin, Steve, Tyler, Ross) were fantastic. I definitely will continue to come because of their attention and diligence. The checkout process at the Collision Center was too cumbersome. I was told I would be charged an extra fee for using a credit card; I was surprised, as this has never happened at Yark before (maybe it was “buried” in previous service invoices). In any event, it took 30 minutes to run two of my checks, one for service, one for body work, for approval. The attendant (did not get his name) was very friendly and helpful, but the process he had to go through was too long for me. Credit card costs are a normal cost of business. Don’t detract from a good experience by making me pay with cash or check. More
