Steve C. and his service team were able to fit an oil change in on my car while my wife was purchasing a new vehicle. They made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. They were very professional and were very accommodating while we were in the process of buying a new vehicle as well. They’ve always ensured we are taken care of and all our needs were met. Thank you to Yark Subaru service team for always taking care of me! This was a dual visit. While my car was being serviced, my wife was buying a new vehicle. Jennifer has been our sales rep for 4 vehicles now and we are always impressed and comfortable with Jennifer. She has always taken care of us and always made sure my wife was 100% comfortable. Brett has financed 3 vehicles for us now and has always been very friendly and efficient making sure we are taken care of finance Swiss. More

I have been helped by all the service reps. They are very understanding of the situation of very low mileage on both vehicles and have suggested a maintenance program to meet my needs.. I have ALL work very understanding of the situation of very low mileage on both vehicles and have suggested a maintenance program to meet my needs.. I have ALL work done by Yark Subaru so they know the complete history of the vehicles. It is weird not seeing vehicles in the show room, but I’m getting used to it. Dang Covid-19! More

After our first experience which was a disaster because of the fact we waiting so long only to find out our car had been ready for quite some time, this time things were much better. Our only complaint of the fact we waiting so long only to find out our car had been ready for quite some time, this time things were much better. Our only complaint was that the information on our internet was that no appointment was necessary so we made the trip from Perrysburg on Friday, only to find out that we couldn't get the car serviced. However, our visit Monday went much better and we are hoping the next visit will also be great. Hopefully, by then, the Covid 19 thing will be a "done deal" and we can relax more about going places. Thanks! More
