Steve C. and his service team were able to fit an oil change in on my car while my wife was purchasing a new vehicle. They made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I have been helped by all the service reps. They are very understanding of the situation of very low mileage on both vehicles and have suggested a maintenance program to meet my needs.. After our first experience which was a disaster because of the fact we waiting so long only to find out our car had been ready for quite some time, this time things were much better. Our only complaint of the fact we waiting so long only to find out our car had been ready for quite some time, this time things were much better. Our only complaint was that the information on our internet was that no appointment was necessary so we made the trip from Perrysburg on Friday, only to find out that we couldn't get the car serviced. However, our visit Monday went much better and we are hoping the next visit will also be great. Hopefully, by then, the Covid 19 thing will be a "done deal" and we can relax more about going places. Thanks! More
