Prices online are not what you get. They fix the numbers so they’re getting a good cutback from Mazda and we as they buy are getting screwed out of savings that should be available. How They fix the numbers so they’re getting a good cutback from Mazda and we as they buy are getting screwed out of savings that should be available. However, if you want it you’re going to have to fight for it. Lastly, my salesperson straight up lied to me about the remodel of the 2026 cx 5. Very disappointed and regret my decision for purchasing from this dealer. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. More

I was impressed with the dealership when I first saw it in person. I would recommend buying a car from them but make sure you understand the contract and ask a lot of questions. After a long process of negotiations I was they were very fair with my purchase. I think I met just about everyone at the dealership. This dealership with the car i bought that took a deposit especially with the demand for a C8 stingray. My salesman Dex kept me laughing and the finance department was straight forward and explained everything in detail. The sales manager was involved at one point and definitely kept the things inline with my purchase. More

Today, November 22, my mother and I visited Coconut Creek Mazda for the first time. We had only great experiences today. The staff treats you like family and are willing to help you get your dream car. Ken a Mazda for the first time. We had only great experiences today. The staff treats you like family and are willing to help you get your dream car. Ken and Tony took their time helping us with a great price. Also provided us something to eat since we mentioned we didn't eat yet today. This place is very clean and welcoming as well! We left with a 2025 CX5 and can't wait to fill that car with great memories! Very highly recommend coming to Coconut Creek Mazda! More

This dealership submitted incorrect odometer mileage to the DMV, overstating the vehicle’s mileage and reducing the manufacturer warranty coverage. Despite being notified, no correction was made. The finan the DMV, overstating the vehicle’s mileage and reducing the manufacturer warranty coverage. Despite being notified, no correction was made. The finance manager(Tyler) confirmed cancellation of the extended warranty, but it remained active. Loan structure and GAP/VSA refund details were unclear, requiring repeated follow-up. Verbal assurances did not match final outcomes. All paperwork should be reviewed thoroughly and independently verified before proceeding with any purchase. If you need to cancel your extended warranty, go directly to Mazda Financial Services with your VIN and contract details. Always double-check what they are saying is what you are signing. More

We walked in just to ask about leasing. Drove off in a brand-new Mazda CX-50. Coincidence? I don't think so. My wife and I stopped by the Mazda dealership just to "check things out." We wa Drove off in a brand-new Mazda CX-50. Coincidence? I don't think so. My wife and I stopped by the Mazda dealership just to "check things out." We wanted to learn about lease options. The team greeted us warmly - no pressure, just genuine friendliness, respect, and a real desire to help. They explained everything clearly, showed us the cars, and offered a fantastic lease deal. But here's the twist: we weren't even planning to buy a car that day... and somehow ended up signing for financing instead of leasing. That's when the magic kicked in. Our credit score was far from perfect (let's just say it wasn't winning any awards). We honestly expected to be either turned down or offered something pretty depressing. But the finance team at this dealership are miracle workers. They made it happen - clean, transparent, and with truly great terms. No fine print. No shady surprises. Just solid, honest work. Special thanks to: - Igor - for guiding us through the entire process with patience, humor, and professionalism; for the great test drives and clear answers to all our questions; - Alexandra — for her attention to detail, support, and for getting us a deal as if we were their millionth customer that day; - Tony V. - for sealing the deal with an offer we simply couldn't refuse. These folks are rockstars. We're thrilled. The car is amazing. The service? Even better. Honestly, to relive such a great experience - we might just come back and buy a second car. Highly recommend this place. Thank you all! More

Edit [8/1/25]: TL;DR: Full refusal to reasonably honor the free warranty that was mistakenly sold with the car, and tremendously overpriced "mandatory" packages which you can negotiate down, or walk away. the free warranty that was mistakenly sold with the car, and tremendously overpriced "mandatory" packages which you can negotiate down, or walk away. Pro Tip: They will try to convince you that their ($2,895!) "Platinum Protection Package" is mandatory, but it's just a bunch of cheap profitable add-ons to inflate their margins while you're in a spending mindset. If you're considering buying a car from here, negotiate the Platinum Protection Package down or walk. Now for my real review: There was a Certified Pre-owned sticker in the windshield of my Miata I bought which they now say was a "mistake" and are refusing to honor any kind of warranty. I'm surprised neither the detailing department, my salesman, nor the sales manager caught the fact that this car is 3 years too old for CPO despite my relentless questioning about it. I went into this sale knowing this year of Miata has about a 10% chance of transmission failure which Mazda is known to replace under warranty. I ultimately bought this car because of the perceived warranty, knowing I would be covered if I got a bad transmission. This is my second Mazda, and as a major car enthusiast and Mazda fan, I do a lot of homework about the cars I buy. During the paperwork, I spotted what seemed to be a contradiction to the CPO sticker which I asked both my salesman and the sales manager about repeatedly. I don’t want to accuse anybody of intentional deception, but I was told that the CPO paperwork would come as a separate contract which would include the inspection details, and not to worry about it. Unfortunately, everyone was friendly and I trusted their word, so I signed off. Of course, I take full responsibility for trusting verbal confirmations and a window sticker over a couple small clauses in the contract, which matters most, but I find it odd that this new dealership is digging their heels in about this so hard. They admitted their mistake to me via text, but told me to kick rocks unless I want to buy an extended warranty for another $2,400, which of course, my almost $3,000 "Platinum Protection Package" has nothing to do with. The odds of my transmission actually failing on this otherwise tremendously reliable car, are about 10%, so why they wouldn’t want to honor a free equivalent warranty to mitigate their mistake and make a very happy customer is beyond me. I’ve followed up about a dozen times trying to solve this, and I got a final confirmation this morning that they do not want to honor their mistake, and instead tried to squeeze some additional cash out of me for an extended warranty, so I’m changing my review. Original Review [6/27/25] Zach was great, knowledgeable and friendly and was able to work with my budget. Super happy with my MX-5 and confident it's gonna be great going forward! More
