This place was amazing. i called in morning for a truck ooops it was sold but told me he had another same price which was 1k higher i drove 2 hours to see the truck took it for a test ride. yep thats the t ooops it was sold but told me he had another same price which was 1k higher i drove 2 hours to see the truck took it for a test ride. yep thats the truck we were going to buy and we did. the hitch that was in it was not what i wanted but sales person said they would do whatever need done to make it work?? Not sure what that ment but some how as i sat waiting on paperwork i ended up ordering what was needed on amazon on MY ACCOUNT humm oh well so as i was signing paper the guys were out taking the stickers off windows you know the 2018 and the smiley face on the windshield. all done headed home 30 miles away my wife says did you know this windows chipped i said HECK NO! Oh ya the old cover it up with the 2018 and not tell the customer not happy not sure i will refer the 2 guys that are looking for truck yes i bought as is but wow at least tell me don't hide this, anyway it was a good experience by far. now ill wait to see if they really do send me that extra key there suppose to get for me More

We arrived on a Saturday morning and really were not optimistic that Gretna Auto would be able to meet our price that we wanted to pay for the Subaru Outback. The salesman, Tyler Miller was polite and optimistic that Gretna Auto would be able to meet our price that we wanted to pay for the Subaru Outback. The salesman, Tyler Miller was polite and professional. He was very upfront and honest and I was really shocked that we were able to walk out of the dealership two hours later with a deal in place to trade our vehicle in for the Subaru Outback. We financed through Gretna Auto and the Finance Manager, Travis was a pleasure to work with as well. He informed us about an extended warranty and when we declined, he respectfully did not pressure us into changing our minds which has happened numerous times at places in the past. We appreciated that he moved on and finished the transaction professionally. We will certainly look to Gretna Auto the next time we need to purchase a used vehicle! Jeff and Nancy Stevens More
