Professional Service. Tyler Moore was Professional and took the time to explain and get all the answers I needed and to feel comfortable. The staff at Brandon Honda friendl Tyler Moore was Professional and took the time to explain and get all the answers I needed and to feel comfortable. The staff at Brandon Honda friendly and were concerned with me and that a had a positive experience. Tyler Moore went out of his way to take care of all my concerns. I did notice some employees and manger not wearing their face mask correctly, just around the neck. I could see some of your customers did not feel too comfortable with the virus that we are all dealing with. More

My battery was on warranty, 100 months warranty. They replaced it right away. Got oil change and ready to go ! Tyler helped me. He was nice and very professional. service waited over 4 hours before a rep came out and old me that they hadn't looked at my car yet. I was disappointed that my car couldn't be fixed there.
