I have been waiting 3 days for my supposed to be salesman Tyler call me back with no response to requets or calls. I even requested to speak to the Sales Manager and was told may not hear back from him but i Tyler call me back with no response to requets or calls. I even requested to speak to the Sales Manager and was told may not hear back from him but instead from someone else. That someone else has not called either. The only folks that seem to care are the ones trying to coordinate calls (centralized call center), appts, etc but no action from nobody else. I only receive automated emails about how much they want to sell a vehicle but no action on their part. Sorry but moving on to a delaership that wants business. More

Northstar Kia and Northstar Mitsubishi are pretty much the same thing in my book. I was in the Mitsubishi dealership but my contract says Kia so I’m writing a review here. These people are shady. They hid the same thing in my book. I was in the Mitsubishi dealership but my contract says Kia so I’m writing a review here. These people are shady. They hide warranties in your contract and when you ask them to remove it they put it into the sales price of the new contract. On top of that they lie constantly so be aware of your rights and don’t allow them to gaslight you. They are also incompetent. It has been over 3 weeks and my car is not registered. They just asked for my id again for registration. Really makes you wonder what they hoped to accomplish without my id in the first place. Be prepared to sue and report these guys if you do business with them. More
