Tyler was very patient, informative, helpful and respectful of my time and needs. I would highly recommend Tyler and Paul. The reason I purchased my vehicle from Southbank is because of the exceptional service I have always received from the service department over the past 8 years. Specifically, Dean Martin and Dan ONeil have always looked after me and have provided exceptional service each time. They have been caring, attentive, professional, honest, dependable and awesome to deal with over the years, They have always been consistent in their top rated service delivery and I have greatly appreciated their service and care. As well, Madeleine at the front desk has also been wonderful to deal with. More

One minor issue I had was that I was told the car would come with a full tank of gas, but was not told that I would be charged $75 for it. More
