I travel 50 miles to buy my vehicles at this dealership; there are two other Lexus dealerships closer that I will not go to. I would probably drive 75 miles to Lexus of Wesley Chapel. They are that wonderfu there are two other Lexus dealerships closer that I will not go to. I would probably drive 75 miles to Lexus of Wesley Chapel. They are that wonderful. This is my third purchase from them and I will go nowhere else. More

Great sales experience. Tyler Peck was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Lexus models. He was always in communication on the status of our vehicle arrival. We learned much from Tyler when we reviewed the new vehicle at delivery. Even finishing the paperwork was easy and reasonably quick. Technology made the process of signing all the necessary documents much less painful. Nice celebration and pictures with several members of the dealership as we were getting ready to drive off in our new Lexus! More

We brought our car to Lexus for a second opinion. We were very impressed with Jacob Rocha ( service ) . He took the time to get pictures to show us where the leaks were and explain everything. We would give him a 5 star plus . We also talked to Tyler Peck ( sales ) . We were thinking it was time to replace the car and asked about a used Lexus RX . They had a used 2015 on the lot . After some thought we decided it was time to turn our 2009 Lexus in . Tyler was wonderful with the sales process . Once the paperwork was done , he took the time to go over everything on the car . We would highly recommend Tyler Peck also and give him a 5 star plus . The financial aspect ( signing papers ) was done with Chad . He made the process very easy . We can highly recommend Lexus Westley Chapel ( service and sales ) . More
