We brought our car to Lexus for a second opinion. We were very impressed with Jacob Rocha ( service ) . He took the time to get pictures to show us where the leaks were and explain everything. After some thought we decided it was time to turn our 2009 Lexus in . Tyler was wonderful with the sales process . Once the paperwork was done , he took the time to go over everything on the car . We would highly recommend Tyler Peck also and give him a 5 star plus . The financial aspect ( signing papers ) was done with Chad . He made the process very easy .
