Went to look at a used truck. Truck looked good. Pulled the dipstick and it was .5qts below minimum. Dealer claimed that they did an oil change 2 weeks prior. Sales Manager said" T Truck looked good. Pulled the dipstick and it was .5qts below minimum. Dealer claimed that they did an oil change 2 weeks prior. Sales Manager said" Take it for a ride and see if the oil level comes up" as if the truck had magic oil in it and the oil level would rise 1.5 qts. Came back and pulled it inside. A guy came out of the service department and checked the oil and showed me the stick with the level still .5 its below minimum. Put my finger on the stick where oil should have been and put it in his face. Tyler, our salesman, was great but the having more than one person trying to scam me like I was too stupid to know that I was being lied to, insured that I will not be back there even if they are giving the vehicle away More

Received a follow up call 4/4/22 from a higher up asking what could be done to resolve my disgust with their establishment. I explained that I just bought a truck elsewhere this weekend and that it would be a long time before I was shopping for another truck and suggested they clean up the scam artists on their payroll that thought that every potential customer was too stupid to know when they were being lied to.

Katie, You have a problem on your hands. Good luck resolving it. One of the people allegedly has decades of experience in the industry. That makes it a character issue rather than lack of experience. Don’t know the background of the guy in your shop that can’t read a dipstick
