Honestly, one of the best and easiest experiences I've had with getting a car, EVER! We worked with Tyler Poston directly over the phone. We lived in Los Angeles and never stepped foot onto the lot in Temecule, but we knew what vehicle we wanted. Tyler was quick to respond and answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of. The cherry on top was he offered to deliver the vehicle personally to us in Los Angeles to finish the paperwork in person. Are you kidding me? TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Who does that? To say we were mildly impressed is an understatement. Management is doing a bang up job with training their sales reps in customer service. We received the car in 2021. Mind you this review is definitely long over due, but I have never written a review based on getting a car from a dealership. Their service was so stellar and it's been on my to-do list for a while. Thanks you Paradise Chevrolet and especially a huge thanks to Tyler! We went to at least 10 dealers before finding Paradise in Temecula. Every LA dealer felt scummy and were not pleasant to work with.
