Great experience! Todd was fantastic and worked with me over the phone, as we live a distance away. The best experience we’ve had buying a car. Todd was fantastic and worked with me over the phone, as we live a distance away. The best experience we’ve had buying a car. More

The experience was a good one I was happy they were able to get me in a new vehicle. The only problem was when I got to the warranty part I feel like he was trying/getting over on me because I open up a Jee to get me in a new vehicle. The only problem was when I got to the warranty part I feel like he was trying/getting over on me because I open up a Jeep credit card so I feel he was trying to get more money More

The sales process was fast and transparent. Trish was excellent in setting up the appointment and following up afterwards. Dave was absolutely great to work with. From that standpoint, I'd abso Trish was excellent in setting up the appointment and following up afterwards. Dave was absolutely great to work with. From that standpoint, I'd absolutely refer others to you and return myself for future purchases. However, I did have a few frustrations upon returning to the dealership (after hours) to drive the car home, which would also enter into the equation as to whether or not I'd recommend to others purchasing a used car from you. 1. The gas level wasn't filled. In fact, it was barely above empty. Maybe this is to be expected in this industry for the sales of a used car, but I was still surprised and disappointed by this considering it's a small gesture for a sizable purchase. My feeling is this is an indication of less than ideal customer service 2. The car was filthy inside, supposedly after being cleaned post transaction. There's large food items stuck to various parts of the interior console area (in plain sight), grime stuck to other parts around the seating area, etc. Again, I had mentioned that it wasn't a big deal if the car was cleaned before I took it home, but if the service said it'd be cleaned, that set the expectation for me that it would be. So, again, it's something I can do at home with little inconvenience, but I'm still just a little disappointed it wasn't done better. 3. Dave transparently communicated to me that the car is sold As Is and there are a few broken items to consider. So, these comments are more of, again, a representation of the pattern of basic customer service I received, not from the sales team, but more from your service department. Several small items are broken that I'd think a service department should've taken care of prior to a sale taking place (e.g. the radio doesn't pick up AM/FM signal, the glove box hinge is broken, ABS and traction control lights indicate a possible issue mechanically, etc.) All-in-all, the flexibility in negotiating a fair sales point for a vehicle from a single owner and with only 52K miles on it (albeit 11 years old and having been in a previous accident) was ultimately all I was looking for since it'll primarily be driven by my son as his first vehicle. Had the three items above been taken care of better, I'd have walked away from this transaction amazed by your team's customer service and thrilled with the transaction and much more willing to refer you to others. Those three items left me far less than delighted by the customer service in general (again, not the sales customer service...that's 5 out of 5 stars). More
