The experience was informative, friendly and thorough. It took longer than expected since I was trading in two cars. Delaying it a day would have made it easier and less exhausting. It would have allowed my wife to come in and cosign the title papers and save an extra trip to Collier Tax Collector's office. We will be returning for Tyler to explain the car's features again to both of us. I would suggest allowing more time to complete the process especially if the customer is a senior citizen! I have been very happy doing business with Naples VW for over 15 years, including the servicing of two cars and buying two cars. More
