Two days later, while driving the vehicle, the check engine light unexpectedly came on. I called the service department and was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were. They told me I could bring the car in immediately. Although I wasn’t able to come in until the next day, they were extremely accommodating and worked around my schedule. They provided a rental vehicle so I could get to work, completed the repair the very same day, and even washed the car before I arrived to pick it up. The repair was fully covered under warranty, so there was no charge. I have genuinely never experienced service this good—especially so soon after purchasing a vehicle. I've been a customer for over 15 years at Lovering and have purchased vehicles at there and continue to have them serviced there as well due to the great treatment. Lovering fixes my vehicle right and I get a vacuum and wash with service. Don't see too many dealers taking care of you like that anymore.
