I was shown that I had a bad tired by Tyler. He stated you couldn't get a set of tires for a few days. So I had no choice but to go to a tire store. When I got there I had to purchase all new He stated you couldn't get a set of tires for a few days. So I had no choice but to go to a tire store. When I got there I had to purchase all new lug nuts for all 4 tires because they were stripped. Victory has been the only dealership to rotate my tires in the last year or two on this vehicle. It was never mentioned if they were bad or not, so I'm guessing it wasn't until I had to get my tires replaced. So it cost me over $100 to get all new lug nuts. It was an expense I was not thinking I had to purchase bu when I did it was disappointing. The service and timeliness I normally get is excellent but this was disappointing. More

The service manager doesn’t have a clue. . he told me he couldn’t work on my 3500 because it’s too big and the don’t have a lift that will lift that much weight. I tried to explain that a 250 . he told me he couldn’t work on my 3500 because it’s too big and the don’t have a lift that will lift that much weight. I tried to explain that a 2500 and 3500 particularly the 2500 with the heavy towing package are the same truck. He kept telling me he couldn’t only work on 2500 as the biggest truck. The male service writer doesn’t care about his job. I walked in and he was surfing the internet on his phone. I literally stood there for 3 and a half minutes before he noticed I was standing right next to him 5 feet away. I should not have to say excuse me because you are swiping right or left on tinder. This dealers service department is in my opinion poor at best. I will not be returning More
