This is my 1st experience and Bill Bryan Subaru, and it was a very food dealership to deal with. They (Service Department) are a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation about going back and having t was a very food dealership to deal with. They (Service Department) are a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation about going back and having them work on my car again! Since this was on a recall, they gave me a loaner car to have until the work was completed and gave me no problem when I said can I bring back the loaner the next day. I used to feel that dealing with a car salesman was one of life's worst experiences. No longer feel that way. Dealing with Jason and Tyler was very easy and pleasant. . The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Lindsey, Rafael and Tyler worked with us and made us at ease with the process.
