I was communicating through text so that I wouldn't have
to spend many hours at the dealership. Get there, the car that were transferring still hadn't arrived even though I was told it would be there hours

Get there, the car that were transferring still hadn't arrived even though I was told it would be there hours before..because the vehicle wasn't there they wanted me to walk the lot and see if there was anything else I might want. I told them before making the appt that my son had a game that and I only had 2 hours, it definitely took longer than that. Which is why I was trying to do as much as I could through text/emails. I would just appreciate honesty through the whole process, especially when I was communicating exactly what I wanted and willing to do, don't try to up sale and keep me there longer than needed!
Then I had to track them down multiple times just to get my paperwork to take to the BMV since I never received it in the mail.
