It was a disappointing experience because I felt like I had to initiate all the communication if I wanted to know what was going on with my vehicle. Tyler never proactively called with any updates. One day had to initiate all the communication if I wanted to know what was going on with my vehicle. Tyler never proactively called with any updates. One day when I called for an update Tyler wasn't working and the person in service who answered the call said he couldn't tell me what was going on because Tyler was handling my vehicle. I also asked Tyler about a loaner since my car was going to be at the dealership for over a week. He told me they had 'no loaners available' but he'd call when one came in. That never happened. More

Tori Tomlin made the whole process such an enjoyable experience. She is hands down one of the best sales people in the whole country. Her down to earth approach and her extensive knowledge about the car experience. She is hands down one of the best sales people in the whole country. Her down to earth approach and her extensive knowledge about the car industry really showed. There wasn't any questions she couldn't answer her self. If I was the owner of that dealer ship I would be moving her into upper management immediately. So that she could train everyone to be like her. I will tell everyone I met to use Tori ad there sales for buying all there cars. More

Had an issue with the transmission on my '24 Silverado. What I liked about Tyler was that he listened to my description of the problem and took notes. That was appreciated.
