I would recommend but tell them to be cautious buying a preowned vehicle. The vehicle I purchase was apparently “Spot Ready”. Got through the say and purchase without a hitch but when I picked up the car a preowned vehicle. The vehicle I purchase was apparently “Spot Ready”. Got through the say and purchase without a hitch but when I picked up the car and removed the paper on the floor protecting the area there was an undisclosed huge hole. After getting a promise to fix it I arrived home and did a more thorough ( I should have done that before handing over any cash) I found a completely missing support part for the hatch are that surrounded the tyre. There was also a makeshift tyre removal kit. I had no manual either. I call and went back and they fixed the problem immediately. I took my car in the following week for the carpet repair, they had it for 2 days and it didn’t get done. They very apologetic, there had been a communication error. I spoke with manager who then supplied me the manual that was missing and a written warranty. It was extremely low on gas so I asked where the nearest gas station was located and for my trouble the manager had it filled for me. I was to return the following week for the carpet repair. This time they had it for one day then I got a call from the carpet guy himself saying he hadn’t managed to get to do the repair. Again, another communication issue. As I was without a ride to get my car, I was going to Uber, he arranged for the car to be delivered to me and promised to come to me to make the repair. He did and it took about 10minutes. He’s promised it won’t happen again, the repair would last. I hope that is true. They also cleaned the car for me as I wasn’t sure that had been done before being handed over to me … I found shredded paper in the back door. I finally feel like the car is “Spot Ready” and am loving driving a newer car with all the bells and whistles. My old car, a Honda CVR, I had purchased at the same location, new and had lasted 22 years, until I was hit by another driver. It was a great car so I’m hoping this HR-V Sport will be its equal. Honda Millennium did make good but it took a while and my following up. The staff are polite, courageous and friendly. Had I purchased a new car I think everything would have gone absolutely perfectly. More

Nice service center but I think there is a disconnect with some of the advisors when it comes to the service they are expected to give their clientele. If I couldn’t get my original advisor, it was hard with some of the advisors when it comes to the service they are expected to give their clientele. I bought a Brand new 2025 Ridgline on 9/5/25 was returned within one hour of purchase. I was told it was minor defect and it will be fixed next Weds. Vehicle has 86 miles on it. Millennium tore returned within one hour of purchase. I was told it was minor defect and it will be fixed next Weds. Vehicle has 86 miles on it. Millennium tore the vehicle apart. Said it was the heater box. That is a major repair. I asked for a new vehicle. Denied stated this is under warranty. Next it wasn't the heater box, it's an electrical problem. Again asked and denied a new vehicle. Called Honda and stated my issue and requested a new vehicle. This vehicle was torn apart. The entire interior was dismantled. Seats, dashboard anything electric ,plus a good part of the engine compartment. The vehicle has been in the shop longer than I had it. Millennium should have immediately exchanged the vehicle but didn't. The vehicle should never have gone to a consumer like that. I asked the Mgr if he could think of one positive thing on this purchase. ZIP. Millennium sales approach was less than professional as was the delivery of the vehicle. The finance dept could not complete a simple deal and on top of that a auto with a serious factory defect. Go somewhere else. By the way it was not the heater box. More

Overall, I had a positive experience at Millennium. I had put off buying a new car because I didn't really want to deal with car salespeople, but I appreciated the hands-off approach at Millennium. Jose V let me test drive the car as I needed (even on the highway) and answered my questions well. I asked for an out-the-door price, and it was as advertised on the website. There were no unnecessary fees snuck into the itemized quote I asked for, and they even knocked the price down a grand to fit my budget. I was in and out of the dealership in about a couple of hours. I'm very happy with my new car! More

It took hours to buy a car. The salesman told me if I paid off the car loan as soon as I received the bill there would be no interest charge, when I said that to the sales manag The salesman told me if I paid off the car loan as soon as I received the bill there would be no interest charge, when I said that to the sales manager he said that wasn’t true. I asked for a 3 year loan with the lowest interest rate . The loan officer Tyrone Hill was very arrogant and wrote up a 5 year loan with a higher rate. When the bill came I called the manager. I left him a message about the finance charge & asked him to call me back, he never did. They also low ball you on a trade- in. More

I received excellent service during my car buying process at Millenium Honda. From all aspects of the car buying process, I was pleasantly impressed with the great service that I received. The key members of the team that I worked with are the following: Felicia Richardson was the first person that reached out to me once I made an internet request and she was friendly and very helpful. I then worked more closely with Maurico Mosquera, from the Management Team, who was very friendly, respectful, very attentive, and accommodating, and was willing to work with me to come up with a reasonable price for my CRV which helped me to choose Millenium over other dealerships that I was considering. Carlos Rodriguez was the Sales Person that walked me through the process once I arrived at the dealership, and Carlos made every step comfortable and smooth and he made us feel like a part of his family-he was such a pleasure, very friendly and knowledgable and it was such a pleasure to have him be our guide at the dealership. And then Tyronne Hill assisted us in the Finance Office --Tyrone was also great- he assisted us in getting a better rate than the one my bank was offering through a pre-approval, and we felt he was very informative but not pushy or pressuring us to choose any particular services through the Dealer. Overall a very positive experience, and I truly recommend Millenium Honda for your car buying needs! More
