I needed an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to accommodate my time and day. The best part was my shuttle service to and from work. Something I didn’t know they provided. This is the WORST service ever! This was my car’s problem and Tyson said they cannot fix it without a full inspection ($189+tax)! Then he said the part will arrive in two days, whic This was my car’s problem and Tyson said they cannot fix it without a full inspection ($189+tax)! Then he said the part will arrive in two days, which didn’t. I said fine. He scheduled another appointment and I asked a ride, he said the driver will be here at 11am. I arranged all my daily schedule accordingly, now he says I have to wait 45mins! He says my insurance does not cover a rental and he is not paying for rideshare. And now I realised he is charging me extra for the installation of the part ($215). I aleady paid $500 for the part and inspection, and the breakdown was saying labor & parts. Now he is saying it is the labor of inspection (of course he didn’t inform me about this). This place sucks. No customer satisfaction, nothing! I brought the car on Monday, it is Thursday and I am still waiting… More
