My Mazda is a 2016 and I have enjoyed owning and driving it since I purchased it. The Dealership is wonderful and when it needs service, the crew does a great job! I am going to give my 2016 Mazda to my Gr it since I purchased it. The Dealership is wonderful and when it needs service, the crew does a great job! I am going to give my 2016 Mazda to my Grandson and I will hopefully find a new Mazda that I will want to purchase. Your Service Center is excellent, which motivates me to stick with Mazda!! I have always been fortunate to deal with Tyson Adams as my Service Rep and he does an excellent job of explaining what my Mazda needs and gives me a "ball-park" estimate of the work to be done. Thank you!!! More

Service advisers Josh Ropiza (Chevrolet) and Tyson Asams (Mazda) have been providing us with EXCELLENT customer service since our first purchase at the Davis Gainesville dealership in 2019. They are respect (Mazda) have been providing us with EXCELLENT customer service since our first purchase at the Davis Gainesville dealership in 2019. They are respectful and have consistently proved to be efficient and knowledgeable about the work required to repair or resolve any of the issues that arose with our vehicles. They also keep us informed during the repair process regarding recommendations, cost estimates and estimates of work completion time which have been quite accurate. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Davis Chevrolet / Mazda with NO COMPLAINTS from the date of purchase to present when service is required. We have also recently had automotive service performed on a 2007 Pontiac Solstice with superb results. The personnel working at this dealership are AWESOME!!! More

everything was done quicklyand to perfection. .Even my displaywindow was back and running.
