Regular maintenance - oil change. I was scheduled for an appointment to have my oil changed on the morning of Tue, Jan 30, 2018. Ue Vang greeted me as I drove into the service area. I was scheduled for an appointment to have my oil changed on the morning of Tue, Jan 30, 2018. Ue Vang greeted me as I drove into the service area. We briefly discussed why I was there as he took necessary information and quickly examined my Outback. He quickly, but carefully, examined my wipers, lights, tires, and under the hood. Then he checked the wheel alignment. Ue was very professional, thorough, and courteous. He told me what to expect, what would be done, and when I could expect the car to be ready, asked if I had any questions, then directed me to the waiting area. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe. The car had been washed and vacuumed. Ue reviewed the findings of the inspection, asked if I had any questions, then I was on my way. I was very happy and satisfied with this service appointment. Ue was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Felt confident that all service would be completed successfully. More

Respectful and Helpful Service I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and was able to arrive about 15 minutes early. They got me in right away. I loved that they offered me a better coupon than the one I had left at home! Who knew my Costco membership would help at the Subaru dealer?? They did the service I asked for, informed me of other needs my car had (air filter and taillight), and did not push me to have these services done (I informed them my husband could and would do). I felt very respected and valued as a customer. He also told me it was too cold to do a carwash today (not advised, but still told me it was my choice) and offered me the opportunity to come back at a convenient time to get the wash! More

Perfect job! We needed several things done on our Outback in one visit. Eu Vang set us up, and Matt Hanson organized the work and made sure it was done by the time We needed several things done on our Outback in one visit. An unforeseen task also needed to be done, and Matt alerted us by phone about it early in the process, in order to be sure the job still would be done on time. He was very friendly and shows that he really likes helping people. After our service time had ended, and we drove away, a strange light came on, on the dash, and we returned with questions about it. Eu met us again and quickly resolved the questions we had, even though nothing actually was wrong. He was very friendly and genuinely happy to help us. We had a good experience here and highly recommend this service center! More

White Bear Subaru is the best I am on my fourth Subaru. I have always taken them to White Bear for servicing, they have never failed me.
