Fortunately we came across Rob Tinkham at Herb Chambers and have been with him for over 15 years. After two Maybachs and numerous s550s we still love Rob and the Mercedes brand. When I walk in the door its like visiting old friends, from Rob to Umer to Jeff Davis the GM, its an enjoyable experience. The whole process is executed expeditiously, we literally drove a Maybach off the showroom floor the same day. The knowledge and respect of the sales and service department as well as Matt the new car concierge is unbelievable. More

Broken Promises/ We bought a PRE CERTIFIED Mercedes from this dealership. At the time of purchase, the sales manager said he wanted us to be happy customers. He gave o We bought a PRE CERTIFIED Mercedes from this dealership. At the time of purchase, the sales manager said he wanted us to be happy customers. He gave out his card and said to call if there were any problems. Well, as they must have known after their 96 point inspection, the front headlight washer cover was glued shut. The way it works is that after using your windshield wipers five times, the headlight washer opens and washes your windshield. Of course our headlight cover was glued shut, so when it was forced open, it broke. No worries, we had the sales manager's number. We called Umer many, many times over a weeks time. We had him paged. We tried to leave a voicemail, but irs always full. After three weeks and many, many calls, a sales person called us and asked if we'd like to purchase the part for $81. Stay away from these people! They will tell you what you want to hear, but their promises are empty. The Chamber family should feel shame. More

Any company is only as good as the people who work there and Mr. Chambers hires only the best. These are true professionals who have treated my wife and I with impeccable service since the middle eighties. (I'm sure at sometimes this was not so easy.) Not only are his prices extremely competitive, these people will provide you with the kind of buying experience you only wish were more commonplace. I only wish more companies--not just automobile dealers--would take a lesson from this outfit. No mention of their service/repair work as I am an out off state buyer/lessee. However, I have no reason to believe their shop would not mirror the same excellent experience of the dealership as a whole. More
