Ok, so this dealership is awesome! This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased here. The first was a beautiful Kia Forte Koup for our daughter, and are extremely satisfied with both. There This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased here. The first was a beautiful Kia Forte Koup for our daughter, and are extremely satisfied with both. There is nothing about them that feels like a "typical' used car dealership. No high pressure or predatory sales, no worrying about crappy vehicles. They went above and beyond to make our deal happen (shout out to Ricky and Al) and to make sure we were 100% happy. Khan was incredible! While by title he may be in sales, not ONCE did it feel that way, it was like having a conversation with a good friend. He really went the extra mile for us. EVERY single employee, manager, and the owner is super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Atlantas Best Used Cars. But i will say that if you are the least bit hesitant for any reason, DON'T BE! Give them the chance to change the way you view and think about a car dealership! They 100% changed mine! More

These salesman are the most incompetent ppl I have ever felt with. They are way overpriced compared to the major and more reliable dealerships. Went in to look at a car that was listed for $7500 for a 2009 Honda accord with 160,000 miles with 3 noticeable dents, they came back with an offer out the door for 10,500. I wasn't paying that for a 13 yea 2009 Honda accord with 160,000 miles with 3 noticeable dents, they came back with an offer out the door for 10,500. I wasn't paying that for a 13 year old car in this condition, left the dealership they called and said 8500 out the door if I wanted the offer it was good thru the end of the day with a 500 deposit. I called back 2 hours later to say I would accept it and the xxxxxx bag sales manager literally said that offer was only good while you were here, and YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE!!! I'm sorry but you do not earn customers this way! ARROGANT xxxxxxx! More

After 2 visits, I purchased the car of my dreams. GOD knows best! This was my first time buying a vehicle from a used car place. I previously had gone to big dealerships. Alex was very nice, courteou knows best! This was my first time buying a vehicle from a used car place. I previously had gone to big dealerships. Alex was very nice, courteous, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the process of buying from Atlanta Best Used Cars. He also showed the car and explain the different functions and benefits. I initially worked with another salesman (Khalid) weeks prior. The first interaction was not good. He asked for my drivers license and then told me I had 10 minutes to decide. He did not walk me out to the car. He was okay until I asked a question about the price. He became rude and said only $10 off. Then asked did I want to buy or leave. I asked for a manager and he was not honest about our discussion. The manager (Al) was even more disrespectful. Mr. Usher is who I spoke to next. He apologized for the two, informed me of the information I needed to know and welcomed me back with open arms. I’m glad I later found what I really liked! Be careful who you choose to assist you. More

I purchased a 2017 Genesis G80 that only had one wreck on the CarFax. The Maintenance history from Genesis shed more light on the lingering issues. Disclaimer: Some of this is my fault because I didn't do the CarFax. The Maintenance history from Genesis shed more light on the lingering issues. Disclaimer: Some of this is my fault because I didn't do my due diligence and have the car inspected before I made my purchase but I can tell you about my experience. I first me Alex and Kristan...these two turned out to be good dudes but I did not end up making my purchase with them. I will say Kristin could've done more for his customer because it was raining outside, I had to run to my car for a document he needed, he didn't put much effort in helping me find an umbrella to use...this rubbed me the wrong way so I ended up with Gio. Gio helped me find the car I ended up purchasing, got me into it quickly for a test drive, and once the paperwork went to the finance guy...his service went to crap. Gio knew that the keyfob to my car had needed a new battery, I asked him about it twice. He assured that he would and did change the battery but when I got the car home and needed to run to the store...the battery in the keyfob had died. I was locked out and it was 11:30pm. The next morning I had to Uber to Walmart and purchase a battery for the fob. Then, I took the car to Nalley Hyundai (who doesn't even service Genesis vehicles since they split) and they did a complete inspection. Here's what needed to be fixed/replaced: 1. Front passenger side turn signal $129.36 2. Keyfob diagnostic and battery $33.79 3. Wiper blade replacements $81.32 4. Two 245/45/r18 tires because the back tires were trash $365.50 5. Alignment $74.95 6. In cabin air filter replacement $77.20 Along with all the standard 60k milestone stuff that need not be mentioned. I realize I made my purchase As-Is but the problem with the turn signal, keyfob issue, wipers, and tires really upset me. So, I called ABUCs and spoke to Usher...he requested that I bring the car back so that he could take care of the turn signal, wipers, and keyfob. I traveled the 43min and they handled the turn signal and wipers. Usher claimed his mechanics said I didn't need an alignment. After leaving ABUCs, I went directly to Genesis of Atlanta and they broke the news to me the back tires were bald, the car needs an alignment, and there's a splash guard missing from the undercarriage. These things cost me an additional $1123 plus time, gas, and energy. Again, some of this is my fault. Honestly, one could say all of this is my fault for shopping/doing business with this establishment. I had no clue. They'd previously done good business with me. And as I sit here, at Mavis Tire and Brakes, typing this review...I'm telling myself I will definitely learn from this mistake. ***Update*** I really messed this up. Buyer beware. These guys are unscrupulous. I purchased a car that, on the surface, needed some minor work that would get the vehicle back to pristine condition...I was soooooooooo wrong. The day after purchasing the vehicle it began to randomly throw interminate codes from the "AEB" system as if a frontal collision was eminent. The car would brake and swerve to avoid ghost accidents. As of today, I've been to two mechanics, three Genesis dealerships, and two collision/repair centers. These visit cost on average $150 for diagnostic and comprehensive inspections because I didn't exactly know what was wrong with the car. As it turns out, the bumper on the car didn't belong to the model I purchased. It was missing fog lights, a mount for the radar, and various other things. I had to replace the bumper, all components, and have it painted. You can add an additional $5000 to the other money listed above. I signed all my rights away when I purchased this vehicle but it was more out of nativity than necessity. Please be careful with these thieves!!!! Buyer BEWARE and Do your Due DILIGENCE!!! More
