BLUF: I would give zero stars if I could for lack of integrity. Please disregard my earlier 5-star review. At the time the experience was phenomenal but when it comes to the follow up, these guys dro integrity. Please disregard my earlier 5-star review. At the time the experience was phenomenal but when it comes to the follow up, these guys drop the ball. Their word means nothing to them apparently. My second key fob which was supposed just needed to be picked up from down the street was magically not there, so it’s currently on international back order. Furthermore I was sold a car which I was told had auto-start. Sure I failed in doing my due diligence but I got played. Mutual trust and respect? Not at all if you’re dealing with Justino, I expressed my sentiments with management they said they would do what was necessary to make it right, so the deal was I purchase the feature and they would reimburse me. No check has been cut. Not only have I not received one, it was expressed that I was already personally jaded one. So to Mister Roger Balan, shame on you for empty promises. This leads me to believe the culture of this dealership is dishonesty. They can not touch my vehicle and will never receive a dime from me or my family. This was my experience, I would say stay away, but if you do decide to go, make sure you do your due diligence before buying anything!!! More
