A terrific experience beginning with my call that was answered by Zustino Zoppe. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and within minutes he was texting me photos of the exact vehicle on the showroo answered by Zustino Zoppe. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and within minutes he was texting me photos of the exact vehicle on the showroom floor. He gave me all his contact information and told me he was available to assist when I was ready to come in. When I arrived he showed me the vehicle in detail, introduced me to Majed, one of the sales managers, and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. I told Justino and Majed that I was still looking at one other vehicle, I was not pressured into making an on the spot decision. I did decide on the vehicle and when I came in to take delivery EVERYTHING was ready to go! I was in and out in about an hour including a custom delivery by BMW Genius, Aramis Kane. I can’t say enough about the great experience and service I received at BMW of Tampa. Thank you! More
