Great Customer Service- Thoroughly impressed I had to bring in my CPO vehicle twice to the dealer to get serviced. I was quite surprised to see the number of "issues" that were missed on the init I had to bring in my CPO vehicle twice to the dealer to get serviced. I was quite surprised to see the number of "issues" that were missed on the initial inspection. However, the customer service and service advisors were great and remedied every issue I was able to present them. They even addressed a very odd issue with the turn signal blinking the wrong way (which was near impossible to diagnose). I'm happy to say that everything is great with the vehicle now- and that I will definitely be going back to purchase another VW from Luther Westside VW in the future. More
