After telling Sales Consultant that I did not want to put down a deposit. I was asked again after I was in the process of getting financing I said not again as I was afraid they would not refund it. they i down a deposit. I was assured I would get it back. They lied to me instead of refunding my $ 500.00 dollars they put it towards a down payment without my permission. Just like i expected I would. I was never told or asked to put a down payment down and I was doing a trade in. When I called them on it I was informed it was a misunderstanding. I will not go back here, nor will I recommend them. I ended up being out $ 500.00 More
