No pressure, comfortable car shopping experience Test driving phase: My wife and I did a random walk-in and chatted with Vad for a couple minutes. We told him we were at the beginning of our buying p Test driving phase: My wife and I did a random walk-in and chatted with Vad for a couple minutes. We told him we were at the beginning of our buying phase and we just wanted to try an Atlas out to see what we thought. He didn't try to pressure us into buying that day or go into any long-winded spiel. Told us to enjoy the drive and then come back after we'd tried out all the competitor's vehicles if we liked the Atlas the best. Buying phase: Called up Vad and told him that we wanted to go with an Atlas. Again, we didn't feel pushed to get there right away. He told us when he'd be at the dealership and to stop by whenever was convenient to us. We went on a weekend and had our 2 year old with us and everyone at the dealership was friendly to her and showed her different cars while we got all the paperwork finalized. They also recognized that it's hard to do things like this with a kid in tow so they helped push things along quickly for us. They gave me a great trade-in deal on my old beat up car with high miles and worked with us to find the best terms for our loan. I never once felt like they were trying to upsell us or pull one over on us. Fincance paperwork phase: Craig Erickson went through all of the potential upgrades we could do without being pushy at all. He let us know which ones he thought weren't necessary and which ones he'd recommend. We declined all of them on the spot and he said that was fine but he'd strongly suggest going home and reading up on one specific upgrade. He also told us he'd give us a couple days in case we changed our minds. We went home and read up on the tire and wheel protection that he recommended and we decided that it was worth it so we were able to add that several days later. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the process at Luther Westside. More

Truck seems good so far. Sales people didn't even try to get my business. Made them an offer and they waited two days to call me back. Could have made the deal first visit and saved me two trips.
