I felt very well informed and that Vadim truly cared if I was happy with my car. We were in constant communication and he worked with my schedule as to when I can pick up the car. Oh! And Dave, the one who did all the finance paperwork. Wow! My goodness....after leaving his office, I felt like everything was explained to me. EVERYTHING. No question went unanswered, even though I am truly a novice when it comes to leasing a car. I simply can not stress the wonderful experience I had.
