On the used car lot we had the pleasure of working with Robert and I really liked him. On the new lot Vadim was so kind and knowledgeable without being your typical car salesman. He wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time with the big decision. The dealership was nice, clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated Vadim taking his time after the paperwork to sit down in the car with us and show me what each button did. I really felt that was above and beyond. My only criticism would be the man in financing we signed the paperwork with Kurt. I felt that he was abrupt, pushy, and in a hurry. More

He did not use high pressure tactics or try to scare us into making an on the spot decision but encouraged us to test drive other vehicles we were considering The second visit to complete the deal ended up taking a couple hours because everything wasn't ready to go. We did feel pressure to buy the extended warranty. It raised concerns that perhaps we will see electronics failure down the road and face very high repair bills if we don't. Our future purchase of Kia will be on future performance and reliability. More
