Great Experience My husband and I had looked at both new and used Kia Souls and would up on a 2016. On the used car lot we had the pleasure of working with Robert and My husband and I had looked at both new and used Kia Souls and would up on a 2016. On the used car lot we had the pleasure of working with Robert and I really liked him. On the new lot Vadim was so kind and knowledgeable without being your typical car salesman. He wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time with the big decision. The dealership was nice, clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated Vadim taking his time after the paperwork to sit down in the car with us and show me what each button did. I really felt that was above and beyond. My only criticism would be the man in financing we signed the paperwork with Kurt. I felt that he was abrupt, pushy, and in a hurry. More

Can't remember who my finance guy was but he was great, too. He was nice and patient as I was hesitant in making a decision about getting a warranty. If he was annoyed with me he did a good job of covering it up. Hah! Also: I love my new car. What a treat! More
