Started off with a online connect requested and working with Amanda was excellent, very helpful in ensuring that we were comfortable with all the aspects of the car, pricing etc. Going over to the dealersh with Amanda was excellent, very helpful in ensuring that we were comfortable with all the aspects of the car, pricing etc. Going over to the dealership on day1, got us connected to Richard and an amazing person. He knows the details of the car in/out and can guide us the best possible approach to take. After taking a week to make a decision, on a day when both Richard and Amanda were out, we got connected to Sal and his manager Val. A few minutes of discussing with them, you can see the depth of knowledge they have on the process, their ability to go the extra mile to support you and wonderful folks. Every single person we dealt with at this dealership was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Glad we made the decision to make the purchase at this dealership. Definitely recommend this place and the folks that I dealt with for this purchase. Fast forward a few weeks later, I did reach out to Amanda on some questions and she was also super fast in responding. Post sales experience has been awesome. More

Val Salgado GREAT JOB I dont do this review stuff, am a old school US Marine Corps Veteran. But I will say this about Val. He went above & beyond in helping me in 2017-18 get into a Jeep Patriot. This was old school US Marine Corps Veteran. But I will say this about Val. He went above & beyond in helping me in 2017-18 get into a Jeep Patriot. This was with a credit score at that time of 480 yes 480 and he got me in a vehicle. I spent two weeks back then on a bicycle riding up and down the two hwy in San Jose to every dealer and ALL said NO. He saved my xxx back then this is why I have located him at a new dealership and will buy from him again. By the way the Jeep I bought for $11,000k I sold it during Covid-19 to Carvana for $19,500 .. thanks Val More

The personal Is very fake & unprofessional from sales person to management, The truck we bought was deliver with cleaning agent spots, fingerprints all over & miner scratches, when we bought it to their person to management, The truck we bought was deliver with cleaning agent spots, fingerprints all over & miner scratches, when we bought it to their attention, they said “sorry we don’t do detailing here” .The manager forcefully come out of his office to talk to us, he comited to have a different person than the dure sales lady call us to get the truck back To be clean and buff, is been 2 weeks and no call. Way to go San Leandro ram! More
