A good experience every time. I have never had a bad experience at Lexus of Wayzata. The sales staff was great. I love my car. Any time I bring my car in for service it is alway I have never had a bad experience at Lexus of Wayzata. The sales staff was great. I love my car. Any time I bring my car in for service it is always done well and is finished on time. The service staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When it is time for a new car, I will definitely go back. More

Great service! I always receive great service, but they went above an beyond. They provided me with a car for over a week while both my wind shield and rear window h I always receive great service, but they went above an beyond. They provided me with a car for over a week while both my wind shield and rear window had to be replaced and they repaired terrible hail damage on my RX350. The repair was amazing...you would never know there was any damage...and no painting necessary. Great job!! More

Incredible Customer Service I had a minor hiccup with using my GPS. Chris was the perfect person to understand and diagnose the problem. Fantastic Service Eric is perfect at this job. He delivered my new ES350 to me the other night and showed incredible knowledge of the finest of details about the car. Eric is perfect at this job. He delivered my new ES350 to me the other night and showed incredible knowledge of the finest of details about the car. He was also very patient with me which was also very appreciated, even though he had to stay late to complete the delivery. He is an example of why Lexus of Wayzata has to be the best and customer oriented dealership in town. Thank you Eric. Scott and Val were also very very helpful in my experience. They listened to my needs and were great at a quick and perfect sales cycle. What a truly great experience. I am looking forward to 36 months from now to see all of these fine people and visit the dealership again to get yet another Lexus! More

Fantastic !! We have only good things to say about this dealership. We have worked only with Val Udermann since our first ES back in 2003. We know he will listen to us and try his best to get us a good deal on a new vehicle. People who buy used vehicles out of warranty should know that they are excepting a risk for any future mishaps---I would never buy a used vehicle that I could not check up on it's service records. Even an LS can be used on a drag strip and be abused ! If you don't or can't verify a car's history, be smart and buy that "peace-of-mind" extended warranty. Please don't expect any car dealership to stand behind an older Lexus, unless they themselves are confident enough them- selves to Certify it. Just wanted to give a shout out to our good friend, Val Udermann, he is great!! More

We have purchased 2 cars from Lexus of Wayzata. One of the reasons we went back to Lexus was the people at the dealership. Awesome is the way to describe them. Val is an excellent salesman and never gives up - I had my first Lexus for 8 years. (We still have it and our son drives it.) He kept in touch with me throughout that time and sold me another car. Chris Doyle makes the service dept. He is another reason I did not look at other kinds of cars. His attention to detail and customer service is first class. More
