We are new to the Phoenix area and have been looking to replace our 2015 Highlander. The recent situation with the economy made finding the correct Toyota frustrating as we are seniors. We looked at cars at other dealers and felt rushed to make a deal. We walked away twice. We contacted Valentino through Toyota.com and asked to test drive both a RAV4 XLE and a Camry XSE. Valentino helped us by finding the cars. After we drove the Camry we decided. The sale was not rushed. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Valentino explained the cost of the Camry. Next came the trade-in. We were skeptical about if what KBB estimated would be even close. The estimate was on the money and we were very pleased. Valentino made the process comfortable. He listened to us and did not rush the process. We are very happy with both Valentino Roybal and Avondale Toyota. Thank you from two happy seniors.
