But Valentino worked with me to build this truck just like I wanted! He has no commission and only received his based on units sold, not dollars sold. Holy s+&that a radical concept! The other great part was that Valentino didn't have to go back and forth to anyone to make descions . ONE person to deal with. This in it's own was amazing! He was also very respectful of my requests. And I had many. Got the TRD dealer lift on my truck and all unused/swapped parts were packaged and left for me to sell on forums. David the service tech was also spot on. Understood my my questions and addressed them all with perfect consideration! Valentino even delivered my new truck to my home! They had a lack of loaners because of the ongoing battery shortage so my trade in became my loaner. Valentino understood my anxiety about driving my truck before the deal was done and proactively took care of it. What more could you ask for. I'm 55 years old an have owned over 30 really nice vehicles, but none ever new. Closest was my CPO trade in. They made this so painless and stress free that I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. Best experience ever! More
