Valentino was terrific, start to finish. The dealership has a great process. Valentino acts on behalf of the dealership as both the Sales and Finance Manager. We found the car listed online. The dealership has a great process. Valentino acts on behalf of the dealership as both the Sales and Finance Manager. We found the car listed online. The dealership is not close to our home. Unlike poor experiences at other dealerships, Avondale was completely the opposite. The car was there, I asked for Valentino to inspect it, he sent me a video and pictures and endured me that there were no issues that were “hot buttons”, like the smell of smoke or weathered interiors. Valentino worked up the price, no waiting, no games. The best part is truly amazing.....he had all of the title work ready and brought the vehicle to our home for the test drive. The vehicle was exactly what was presented (what a change....many salesmen tell you right to your face something inaccurate about the car). We bought the vehicle and I got hours of time and stress removed from the process. Valentino explained options to us (warranties, etc) making sure I knew them. But he quickly moved on to where I wanted to focus instead of constantly bringing them back up. That gave me more time and information to focus on the things I needed, like the extended warranty I wanted to purchase. He is a professional that delivers a great experience from a Dealership that clearly has set up a process designed to meet both parties needs, not just their own. I will look to buy our future vehicles from Valentino and Avondale. More
