This is my first experience with both Valentino and Avondale Toyota. I live in Ahwatukee and this dealership isn't geographically beneficial to me. Well, I never stepped foot in the dealership. Not only was all the paperwork expertly and efficiently completed without me sitting there for 4 hours, Valentino delivered the vehicle, gave me an introduction to the technologies, helped me move my personal items with my trade in, then took the trade in, all within an hour and in the heat here in Phoenix at the end of June. Valentino is very accommodating and super easy to deal with. Valentino will go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience. This is and was the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. I will be returning to both Valentino and Avondale Toyota, which is the most significant endorsement I can give. More
