This was my third purchase with Criswell, first purchase for a used car. The customer service was top notch. Both Vance Ellis and Alan Hannon did everything possible to make my purchase an easy and posit for a used car. The customer service was top notch. Car buying has never been one of my favorite things to do. The only exception has been my association with Criswell Acura. Fifteen years ago, I purchased my first Acura from them, and to my utter amazem do. The only exception has been my association with Criswell Acura. Fifteen years ago, I purchased my first Acura from them, and to my utter amazement, the experience was unlike any other! No aggravation or long, drawn out, all-day affair. It was pleasant and painless. I still have that car from 15 years ago, and still love it just as much. And I’m sure the reason for that is the quality of the product as much as the overall buying experience. This time my husband and I were venturing into getting a “slightly used” vehicle, and my first thought was of Criswell. We stopped in on a Friday to look around and, hopefully, sit in and drive the model we were interested in. After being allowed the time to browse the lot on our own, which we definitely appreciated, salesman Vance Ellis approached and asked if we needed assistance. He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, but very relaxed…..never pushy or overbearing with regard to a prospective sale. Even my request for him to finally write us up a price quote at their “absolute bottom-line”, no back and forth bartering, was met with approval. He gave us time to go home and think about the deal…no pressure. After a few hours, we decided to go ahead with the purchase, and they even kept the deal on hold till after the weekend, since we were going to be out of town. On Monday, we arrived at Criswell, where the car was completely ready for us as well as all the necessary paperwork. The sale was completed quickly and efficiently. At that same time, we met Alan Hannon, Sales Manager. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and informative, and invited my husband and I, very enthusiastically, to make an appointment to come back at our convenience for a complete tutorial concerning the operation of this car…something we now know he is quite adept at! Two days after delivery of the RDX, we met with Alan and he graciously spent at least 90 minutes or more going over every detail of the car’s features, making us feel much more comfortable with our new ride and all its capabilities. He never rushed us, or made us feel he had better things to do. Every question was answered. His time and information were invaluable to us. As a sales manager, he goes above and beyond. Rest assured we will be singing the praises of Criswell Acura and their staff to our friends and neighbors. Thanks to all of you for such a satisfying experience. More

I called to inquire about a car listed on the website at a very good price. I was told that a mistake was made by the independent contractor responsible for the internet postings. Although the salesman was helpful, I thought the proper thing to do would be to honor the price shown, especially since it was their mistake and it was posted on more than one website. However they did seem remorseful, but i was disappointed because I was really interested in the vehicle and was ready purchase. More

My husband and I came several hours away to purchase this vehicle. Not only were the staff cordial, polite and exhibited the best service, they showed great integrity in not embellishing the problems with th vehicle. Unlike other dealers we have dealt with, they told us about the little scratches that accompany an 8-year old car before we even left our home. Once we arrived and saw the car, we were sold. It was so nice to see the comaradrie between Alan,the supervisor, and Vance , the salesman when Alan stepped in and took us for a test drive when Vance had to be called away. I especially appreciated that they did not try to oversell the vehicle. It was a calm atmosphere all the way through. I would recommend this dealership highly. Ellen Hawkins More

I have purchased four cars in my life and this by far was my best experience when it comes to buying a vechicle. Vance and Alan set the bar very high when it comes to great customer service. This was by far the best car buying experience my family and I have ever had!! Allen,Vance and David were very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surpised by how seamless all the transactions took place. All three gentlemen made sure my wife and I were well taken care of and informed. Before we left the dealership with the car,Vance and Allen went out of their way to give us a tutourial about all the neat bells and whistles that came with the car! I shopped around for an RDX for several weeks and had offers from Criswell and 2 other dealers. Criswell not only offered the best deal, but also provided the best customer service. After spending an excruciating week shopping for cars (both online and in person), I entered for a request on a 2007 Certified RDX at Criswell Acura/Audi. Although it was against my better judgement, I w (both online and in person), I entered for a request on a 2007 Certified RDX at Criswell Acura/Audi. Although it was against my better judgement, I went and looked at the RDX along with an MDX at the dealer after Vance Ellis called me regarding my request. My girlfriend and I got to the dealership around 5:15 PM Friday (Criswell closes at 6 PM). Being in sales myself, I know how annoying it is to get that customer that likes to show up at the last minute. This did not seem to bother Vance what so ever, and he took his time in going over both the RDX and MDX with me that evening, and we went on a quick test drive. We met with Alan briefly before we left that evening. (We previously shopped for cars with Alan at Criswell and he remembered us) It is important at this point to note that neither Alan nor Vance pressured me into buying a vehicle at any point during our contact -- and it was the SECOND TO LAST DAY OF THE MONTH; usually when the most pressure is exerted on customers. Saturday morning we looked at another vehicle that I was able to quickly rule out. So we ended up back at Criswell Saturday afternoon. Long story short - Vance, Alan, and Dave Grasmick all worked as a team in the utmost professionalism to make sure that the deal met my every demand as much as possible from top to bottom (including trade value, new car price, and finance rate). Having experience in automotive sales, I can honestly say this is a one of a kind dealership that will treat you as a member of their family rather than another "stroke on the sales board" so to say. I will recommend anyone I know to Criswell due to their exceptional experience from start to finish. More
