Juan did an excellent job from start to finish. This was the first visit where the Rep. didn’t try to add extra services. Juan did however explain that one of my warranties was about to expire and This was the first visit where the Rep. didn’t try to add extra services. Juan did however explain that one of my warranties was about to expire and said I should get those done before 100k miles, which was at no cost to me. He was quick and efficient with my time and I appreciate that! More
