I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Vanessa was my sales person and she was wonderful. She told me about all available rebates, crunched the numbers , and showed me the results.. She is the type of sales person everyone should get a chance to deal with. Sales people are their to sell cars, I understand that, but I walked away from two other dealerships because they weren't concerned about what I was looking for, but wanting to show me how great the other options were. They were great options, but nothing I needed at this particular time. Thanks for being a great sales person Vanessa, and listening to your customers. Will definitely be back to get my next vehicle. More

I didn't have to wait for this information from someone else. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I am a very satisfied customer because of Vanessa Vermette and the entire staff at Pat Milliken Ford that made my new car experience a very smooth and satisfying process. More
