Customer satisfaction comes first Vanessa showed me numerous vehicles and even though I had guaranteed financing, she let me know that Ford Motor Credit could get me a better interest Vanessa showed me numerous vehicles and even though I had guaranteed financing, she let me know that Ford Motor Credit could get me a better interest rate and they did. After purchasing my vehicle I discovered my girlfriend had an allergic reaction to a smell in the car. Vanessa arranged to have the car taken in and checked to remove the smell in question while giving me a rental car. I thought once I had purchased the vehicle I was on my own, but Vanessa proved that was not the case! I will definitely be back and will reccomend Pat Milliken Ford to friends and family! More

After nearly 20yrs at Demmer it was time to switch- -and I am so glad I found Vanessa Vermette at Pat Milliken Ford. So we were about to turn in our leases at end of October and really needed a change, -and I am so glad I found Vanessa Vermette at Pat Milliken Ford. So we were about to turn in our leases at end of October and really needed a change, so we decided to "shop around" for a new Dealership/Salesman. We absolutely dread this process so I started online just searching the profiles of salesman on different Ford dealer websites. Found Milliken and I clicked their "Meet our team" and saw Vanessa's picture and decided to email her with our situation and what we were looking for. She immediately replied and was patient with our indecisiveness, as we were unsure if we were releasing or buying or going down to one car etc.. A cpl weeks later I got into an accident and totaled my Escape. Vanessa was so nice and made a scary experience easier and helped me get into an Explorer-as I needed to feel safer on the road.
