The sales person continued to make multiple promises he couldn't keep and in my opinion, I think it was old school sales tactics. When we came I'm to sign and purchase the vehicle after making a down payme couldn't keep and in my opinion, I think it was old school sales tactics. When we came I'm to sign and purchase the vehicle after making a down payment over the phone, they did not perform the tasks we agreed on. Eventually when we met with the finance person, we were treated horribly and they didn't want to give us copies of documents we signed. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer again, and will think twice before any other luther dealer. Luther Cadillac of Roseville will try to pull a fast one on you if you're not paying attention, or don't stick up for yourself. More

Very nice salesman, got map reading disk error, 100% disabled war vet with trumatic brain injury so really need the nav system. Bought car on Friday and who knows when I will get it.
