Luther Cadillac showed me the most exceptional service I’ve received at a dealership. I’m not within a close vicinity of the dealership but they treated me like a best friend/neighbor. Not only were they fair with the price of the vehicle I purchased, the service was off the charts. Kyle especially, kept in contact throughout the entire process and personally assured that every step, post car purchase went very smoothly. (Which is the most important part! Anyone will sell you the car!) I purchased the 7 year warranty and 3m lining. Because of my work hours and distance from the dealership it was difficult to get my car in for the lining. Kyle set up pick up AND delivery to my house over an hour away! (I hope this doesn’t open Pandora’s box for him, haha) You can’t ask for better service and dedication to the customer. I’m actually looking forward to maintenance and lifelong car purchases with this company because of how well they treated me. Thank you Luther Cadillac! More
