We were satisfied with our sales rep in general. He had decent communication throughout the process of ordering the car until it’s arrival. When it came time to discuss our trade-in however we were He had decent communication throughout the process of ordering the car until it’s arrival. When it came time to discuss our trade-in however we were dealing with his manager and he was very pushy, shot down the information we presented to him on our vehicle which was pristine, and when we finally agreed on a price lower than we truly wanted because he insisted that he could not sell our vehicle any higher than a certain amount, we firmly stated that we’d better not see our vehicle for sale on their lot for a dollar higher than that, because it had happened to us before and it was very upsetting to us. He assured us that wouldn’t happen, it’s all he could do. The very next day our vehicle was listed for more! He not only straight out lied, but he used the KBB price range that we showed him our vehicle was worth (which he said was false) in his listing, rather than the low one he presented to us the day before, telling us that it was worth way less. Honesty would have gone way further than leaving a bad taste in our mouths at the end of a $70,000 purchase and 6+ months of waiting. More
